Instructions
- Prep Chicken
- Pat dry, rub with olive oil
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
- Preheat Grill
- Medium heat (~375β400Β°F)
- Set up two zones (direct + indirect heat)
- Cook First (No Sauce Yet)
- Grill chicken over indirect heat for 20β25 minutes
- Flip occasionally
- Sauce It Up
- Brush BBQ sauce on both sides
- Move to direct heat
- Grill 5β10 more minutes, flipping and brushing more sauce
- Done When
- Internal temp hits 165Β°F
- Outside is caramelized and slightly charred

Instructions
- Preheat Oven
- Season & Bake
- Season chicken as above
- Place on a lined baking sheet
- Bake for 25β30 minutes
- Add Sauce
- Brush BBQ sauce on chicken
- Return to oven for 10β15 minutes
- Optional Finish
- Broil 2β3 minutes for that sticky, caramelized top
