🥣 Ingredients

  • 4 ripe Roma tomatoes (diced)
  • 1/4 cup white onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 small jalapeño (seeds & ribs removed = mild)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

🔄 Instructions

  1. Prep Ingredients
    • Dice tomatoes, onion, cilantro
    • Finely chop jalapeño (remove seeds for mild heat)
  2. Mix
    • Combine everything in a bowl
  3. Taste & Adjust
    • Add more lime or salt if needed
  4. Chill (Optional but Better)
    • Let sit 20–30 minutes for flavors to blend

🍽️ Serve With

  • Tortilla chips
  • Tacos, burritos, nachos
