🐖 Pork Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar (or honey)
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Optional: 1 tsp Dijon mustard or a pinch of chili flakes

🔥 How to Use:

  1. Mix everything together.
  2. Add pork and coat well.
  3. Marinate:
    • Pork chops: 2–6 hours
    • Tenderloin: 4–12 hours
    • Ribs: 6–24 hours

🍳 Cooking Tips:

  • Cook to 145°F internal temp, then rest 3–5 minutes
  • Great for grill, oven, or pan-sear
  • Baste with leftover marinade (boil it first if reusing)

⚡ Flavor Variations:

  • Sweet & Asian-style: Add ginger + sesame oil
  • BBQ style: Add BBQ sauce + a little mustard
  • Garlic herb: Add rosemary, thyme, and lemon
