Chicken Marinade

🍗 Chicken Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (or lime juice)
  • 2 tbsp honey (or brown sugar)
  • 3–4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp paprika (smoked if you have it)
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1 tsp Dijon mustard or Italian seasoning

🔥 How to Use:

  1. Mix everything together.
  2. Add chicken and coat well.
  3. Marinate:
    • Breasts: 1–4 hours
    • Thighs/legs: 4–12 hours
    • Wings: 2–8 hours

(Don’t go too long with acidic marinades—can make chicken mushy.)


🍳 Cooking Tips:

  • Cook to 165°F internal temp
  • Pat dry slightly before cooking for better browning
  • Let rest a few minutes before cutting

⚡ Flavor Variations:

  • Garlic herb: Add rosemary, thyme, parsley
  • Spicy: Add hot sauce or chili flakes
  • BBQ: Mix in BBQ sauce + smoked paprika
  • Asian-style: Add ginger + sesame oil
