🍗 Chicken Marinade
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (or lime juice)
- 2 tbsp honey (or brown sugar)
- 3–4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp paprika (smoked if you have it)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Optional: 1 tsp Dijon mustard or Italian seasoning
🔥 How to Use:
- Mix everything together.
- Add chicken and coat well.
- Marinate:
- Breasts: 1–4 hours
- Thighs/legs: 4–12 hours
- Wings: 2–8 hours
(Don’t go too long with acidic marinades—can make chicken mushy.)
🍳 Cooking Tips:
- Cook to 165°F internal temp
- Pat dry slightly before cooking for better browning
- Let rest a few minutes before cutting
