🥣 Ingredients

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1–2 tsp hot sauce (optional)
  • 1/4 cup water (adjust for thickness)

🔄 Instructions

  1. Combine Everything
    Add all ingredients to a saucepan
  2. Simmer
    • Cook over medium-low heat
    • Stir occasionally
    • Simmer 10–15 minutes until slightly thickened
  3. Taste & Adjust
    • Sweeter: add more brown sugar
    • Tangier: add more vinegar
    • Smokier: add more smoked paprika
    • Spicier: add hot sauce or cayenne
  4. Cool & Store
    • Let cool
    • Store in fridge up to 1–2 weeks
