🧅 Cottage Cheese French Onion Dip

🥣 Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 1 packet French onion soup mix (or homemade—see below)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional boost)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional, for depth)

🔄 Instructions

  1. Blend the base
    Add cottage cheese (and Greek yogurt if using) to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Mix in flavor
    Stir in the French onion soup mix, garlic powder, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Chill
    Refrigerate for at least 30–60 minutes so the flavors really come together.
  4. Serve
    Great with chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.

🧂 Homemade Onion Mix (if you don’t have a packet)

  • 1 tbsp dried minced onion
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Mix and use in place of the packet.
