- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess)
- 1 packet French onion soup mix (or homemade—see below)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional boost)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional, for depth)

- Blend the base
Add cottage cheese (and Greek yogurt if using) to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. - Mix in flavor
Stir in the French onion soup mix, garlic powder, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. - Chill
Refrigerate for at least 30–60 minutes so the flavors really come together. - Serve

- 1 tbsp dried minced onion
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Mix and use in place of the packet.
