🐖 Pork Marinade
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp brown sugar (or honey)
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Optional: 1 tsp Dijon mustard or a pinch of chili flakes
🔥 How to Use:
- Mix everything together.
- Add pork and coat well.
- Marinate:
- Pork chops: 2–6 hours
- Tenderloin: 4–12 hours
- Ribs: 6–24 hours
🍳 Cooking Tips:
- Cook to 145°F internal temp, then rest 3–5 minutes
- Great for grill, oven, or pan-sear
- Baste with leftover marinade (boil it first if reusing)

- Sweet & Asian-style: Add ginger + sesame oil
- BBQ style: Add BBQ sauce + a little mustard
